Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement

As a willful volunteer, by submitting this registration, I do hereby release and hold harmless the Danville Hot Summer Sundays Car Show, it's Producers, and Organizers, the Down Town Danville Merchants Association, all Stores and Restaurants, the Town of Danville, it's Officers, Directors, Agents and Representatives, it's Employees, other Volunteers or anyone else connected with the judgments and or claims from any cause what so ever that maybe suffered by me as a Volunteer of the show, from any and all liability of public and or personal property and individual damage resulting from my voluntary and willing participation in the event known as the "Danville Hot Summer Sundays Car Show" produced by the Danville Merchants Association. I also give permission to all concerned at this event to use any and all photographs taken of me in any publication ( ie: event programs, magazines, TV promos, websites, videos and hand outs etc, etc.). I also acknowledge that I'm over the age of 18 years of age, and if not, a parent or guardian needs to sign this agreement in order for me to participate as a volunteer at this event.

I also acknowledge and agree that there are mandates that prohibit drinking on the streets of Danville and or the showing of open alcoholic containers on the public streets and that I know that I am prohibited to drink alcoholic beverages while on duty as a volunteer.

The Danville Police Department will enforce all ordinances, policies and laws. I also know and acknowledge that if I have a felony conviction showing on or against my personal record that I may not be permitted t9 participate in the show in any capacity as a volunteer unless approved by the producers and or the Danville Police Department.

By completing this registration, I agree to the terms and conditions of this release of liability.
