Registration: September 15, 2024

On line registration begins at 10:00 am on June 1, 2024.  Once pre-registration closes on Saturday September 14th, show cars can still register, day of show,  we have limited space this year so register early! Arrive 8am to 9am.  Proceed to San Ramon Valley HS for staging purposes and our volunteers will direct you to point of entry for on site registration.  Cash only with exact change on day of show.  No credit cards day of show!

Register your car in advance and you are guaranteed entry to the show if you arrive before 9:00 am.  Priority for pre-registered vehicles is between 8:00am and 9:00am.

• No cars may exit before 4:00 pm

STAGING NOTE:  After 9:00 am, it is our goal to stage your vehicle but important to note, staging will be combined with day of event registrants for staging efficiency.

Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement

As a willful participant, when submitting your registration, you hereby release and hold harmless the Danville Hot Summer Sundays Car Show, it's Producers, and Organizers, the Danville Merchants Association, all Stores and Restaurants, the Town of Danville, it's Officers, Directors, Agents and Representatives, it's Employees, other Volunteers or anyone else connected with the judgments and or claims from any cause what so ever that maybe suffered by me as a participant of the show, from any and all liability of public and or personal property and individual damage resulting from my voluntary and willing participation in the event known as the "Danville Hot Summer Sundays Car Show" produced by the Danville Merchants Association. I also give permission to all concerned at this event to use any and all photographs taken of me in any publication (ie: event programs, magazines, TV promos, websites, videos and hand outs etc, etc.). I also acknowledge that I'm over the age of 18 years of age, and if not, a parent or guardian needs to sign this agreement in order for me to participate in this event.

I also acknowledge and agree that there are mandates that prohibit drinking on the streets of Danville and or the showing of open alcoholic containers on the public streets and that I know that I am prohibited to drink alcoholic beverages while on duty as a volunteer.

The Danville Police Department will enforce all ordinances, policies  and laws. I also know and acknowledge that if I have a felony conviction showing on or against my personal record that I may not be permitted to participate in the show in any capacity unless approved by the producers and or the Danville Police Department.

By submitting this registration, I do hereby agree to the above terms and conditions of this release of liability.
